I have a node type 'Timeline Event' that had a options field where you could choose which timeline to appear on. This worked fine for the first timeline we made last year, but this year we wanted to do another one, and this second one will not work no matter what I try. The first still works just fine.

They are both created using views, and then filtering that options field to to appropriate value. I thought maybe somehow adding a key to the option field has goofed things up, so I trashed that field, created a vocabulary for timelines, added the two timelines to it, then went through all of my timeline events and tagged them with the right timeline, and altered the view to filter using that taxonomy term, but I get the same effect. Any ideas? I've even gone to the lengths of separating them out into two views. I then even deleted the first timeline even to see if the newer one would start working, no good.

For reference, here are the two pages:

Second One (Never works): http://www.labgrab.com/timeline/stem-cell-research-then-and-now

More information:

I've been comparing the two sites, and the one that isn't working is getting an 'unterminated string literal' that doesn't appear on the working page. What's more, if I look at where the error is coming from, I see what appears to be data from my Timeline Event node type.

More info: I changed some of the Timeline Event nodes to the working timeline from the non-working one and they work just fine, so it's something with the timeline itself, rather then the event nodes.

I can see your two timelines working right now. Is there still a problem. Actually it really sounds like a views config error to me. Because timeline is actually just displaying what views gives it.

Crap I forgot to follow up with this, sorry about that. The issue wasn't actually with the Timeline module, it was with a couple of the nodes being displayed that had some bad characters. The module is all good and working well!
