I am trying to track user's location at the event of clicking on "start timer" and "stop timer". I also want to add these locations to the time tracker's table.

Geolocate and Goelocations tracks the browser's session location. This isn't what I want. I need to know the locations on specific events.

Unfortunately this is outside the scope of the module by itself. The quickest way to do so is to use the drupal hook system to have your code manually get and store that information.

What I can look into is adding more events to the timer submodule, but that's not for right now.
