No property found in comment entity

When a comment is sent, shows this message:
Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$entity_info in time_tracker_comment_insert() (line 584 of /var/www/d7/sites/all/modules/contrib/time_tracker/time_tracker.module).

In time_tracker_comment_insert($comment) , $comment->entity_info doesn't exists
I fixed doing:

  //  $bundle = $comment->entity_info['bundle']; 
  $node = node_load( $comment->nid );
  if ( $node ) {
    $bundle = $node->type;
  } else {
    return;
  }
