Breadcrumbs are not clickable (ul.tabs is covering links)

It's not a "fix", but if you can move the Breadcrumbs block to a region other than the one(s) in which you put Primary tabs and Secondary tabs, you can avoid the non-clickable problem. Not having clickable breadcrumbs was driving me crazy (and I don't know enough about theming to attempt to fix it.) There's a bit of a gap between the tabs and the breadcrumbs now, but at least I can use the links again...

Just experimented a little more, moving the Breadcrumbs block around. It seems like the combination that's problematic is the Breadcrumbs directly before the Primary tabs, in the same block. Moving the Breadcrumbs after the Primary tabs works fine.
