Thunder Liveblog integration adds unneccesary dependencies

Problem/Motivation

Thunder Liveblog module depends on Thunder (the profile), which in turn makes all dependencies of thunder hard dependencies. Furthermore there is a configureation, that creates a rest api endpoint for paragraphs, which is not needed.

Proposed resolution

Remove the dependency and configuration.
