[meta] Textimage 7.x-3.x roadmap

We will use this issue to track the progress to a full version 3 release of Textimage.

This version changes quite a lot from version 2.x. It is NOT compatible with earlier versions, nor an upgrade path is available.
In fact, the major change was to drop the 'presets' and integrate with D7 core image system - implementing image effects that can be combined with other in the image styles. There are many more changes and fixes - e.g. drop shadow text effects, leading, proper text alignment, correct image caching when multiple text effects are in place. Take a look at the README.TXT file in the release package for more details.
