Browserswarm apparently requires a github repo:

How BrowserSwarm works

BrowserSwarm connects directly to your GitHub code repo.
When your team makes updates, BrowserSwarm automatically runs the code against common Unit Testing Frameworks like QUnit in the cloud using SauceLabs browser automation.
You can easily view or download the results.

True, but it is open source and maybe easily extendable.

I'm the project lead behind BrowserSwarm and am an old Drupal user. It looks like this would be easily extended.

Please let me know if you need any help and guidance.

BrowserSwarm is currently in BETA but we will be releasing more code soon. Underneath the covers, it is based on Strider, which you can find here: https://github.com/Strider-CD/strider
