attiks commentedMake sure any caching is disabled
The live version can be found at http://drupal-8.drupaltestswarm.com/testswarm-tests/LATEST can you check if it behaves the same?
rballou commentedOk, finally had a chance to look into this a bit more. I don't see the same information as shown on the page above.
I created a new install on a new server, just to be sure nothing I had installed was going a bit crazy. In a nut shell, if I navigate to a test page (part of Test Swarm Tests or Test Swarm Forms modules), I see the a screen like the one below without any tests being run. There are no JS errors on this page and as far as I can tell, the "*.tests.js" associated with that test is not being loaded. I dug around a little bit and the library info hook does contain the correct path to the JS file, but for some reason it is not included.
How to Replicate
sudo a2enmod rewritesites/all/modules/testswarm-tests.PHP version: 5.3.10
MySQL: 5.5
Caching is not enabled and I cleared cache a couple times just to be sure. I hope this helps ... and let me know if there is anything else I can help do to track this down.

jelle_sBug confirmed with latest git clone of Drupal 8.
jelle_sFixed in latest dev.
The reason was that the library 'drupal.settings' was renamed to 'drupalSettings' and drupal_add_library just fails silently when it can't find the dependencies for the library it wants to add.
I also updated the tests to the latest d8 dev version.
