qa.drupal.org needs to be moved to bzr so we can take advantage of framework setup for other sites and prepare for an update.

qa.drupal.org is now fully converted to bzr. The associated Hudson jobs (qa.drupal.org_deploy, qa.drupal.org_verify) are deployed and working. Core has been moved to Drupal 6.19 (with patches from Pressflow).
