Similar to #2132425: Rebuild dependencies for Project Source: GitHub, the dependencies for Media don't seem to be getting picked up anymore.

There were no commits after https://qa.drupal.org/pifr/test/678063 (which passed testing) but retesting the 7.x-2.x branch today resulted in all tests failing and only the Media module being checked out; file_entity, ctools, wysiwyg, token and views are missing.

After seeing the failing branch test, I did a test commit which I have since rolled back.

Done. I had to rebuild all the *dependencies* to get it to work. I had actually rebuilt media itself last night (without doing the dependencies) and that seems to be what emptied it. I saw errors in the log related to media and know it moves fast.

There was no updating during the period from the D7 upgrade until the fix you mentioned with project_source_github, so apparently the db can be a bit out of date. Hopefully it will recover. Thanks for your patience.
