As the site this has been developed for will be live within the week, I'm planning on marking a stable version of it. I still need to go through the issue queue, but when a version is released the g.d.o page at http://groups.drupal.org/node/21915 should be updated as well.

Under Drupal6.12, enabled term permissions => go to specific terms => add admin roles to the list. However, everyone with node editing permissions can still see all the terms in node edit form.
There is no error reported,

Is this a mis-configuration problem? or a bug?
