I'd like to add four term fields in an module update function.
And I don't find how to do it.

Can someone help me ?

Actually there is no function in the module for that. You should have a look on the admin function term_fields_admin_add_term_form() in the file term_fields.admin.inc and their related validate and submit handlers.

Anyway you will have to write your own function for creating a new field on the fly.
