Now available fields implemented as plugins, but if I want to use custom field or CCK field one solution is copy-paste rewrited CCK fields form, handlers and validators to /plugins. I found not related modules integrated with default field API.

Actually this does not exist, since the CCK API is build on the top of the node API, so it is not reusable for anything else.
