Website Cleanup and Improvements

I'm noting a few areas for cleanup when we have the time. The biggest problem is manually entered content where it should by dynamically generated. Here's a working list, but feel free to add to it:

1. URL alias -- when generating a session or a training, the URL should be auto-generated by default, and not default to node/xxx. That's not helping our SEO.
2. Training -- this was a manually generated list of sessions from last year. I quickly cobbled together a dynamic list/table of session in Views, but it might need a bit more polish
3. User Profiles -- I just noticed on my profile page that it was listing last year's Thursday events, including unpublished content. It was coming from a view that presumedly shows me what I signed up for, and if nothing, a manually entered list of what I could sign up for? I manually updated it to show our 2 trainings so far, but this approach could easily get outdated or messed up in the future
4. Media -- it would nice to have Media configured for the site. Adding images to a page right now is very primitive, but I do believe images add interest, and interest adds users, and users make for good camps.
5. Sessions published -- it's confusing to users to not show them their sessions once submitted, as they are unpublished by default. Perhaps this was intended for spam reasons, but there must be a better way. I've just been manually publishing them as I see them come in.
