I installed the module and run correctly but If I create a new page with differente themes (with taxonomy term) are missing all the block (navigation, calendar, menu... node) I made something wrong?

blocks need to be set on a per theme basis in administer -> blocks

please insure you've set the blocks you want on each theme. there is no global block location settings in drupal core.
