I'm having a taxonomy using alphabetical order, there are no weights in it. In the beginning is everyting fine. I create a node, select the taxonomy term from the top hierarchie and save. When I go back to the node previously saved and select another top term my taxonomy menu gets reorderd. The selected top term is now at the end of the menu but still has the menu weight -50 in it.

I have the same issue!

Everytime I select an existing term from taxonomy while I'm creating my new content type I have to rebuild the menu in "Taxonomy > Edit vocabulary" to have menu alphabetically correctly ordered.
