When a vocabulary with a taxonomy menu is saved but none of the taxonomy menu data has changed notices are raised about $changed_menu, $change_vocab_item and $changed_path not being defined.
Patch initialises these variables and addresses a typo in a comment.

Note vocabulary I can make and work with him, but it is unexpected to see this message.
