Hi!
I'm using Drupal 6.14 with Taxonomy Manager 2.2
When I'm working with double tree (one vocabulary with ~200 terms and another vocabulary with 15 terms), link for "next 50" terms showing only after I'll do some actions with terms (i.e. after I move term from one vocabulary into another).

This doesn't solve the issue, but if you go to Site Configuration > Taxonomy Manager, you can set the number of terms listed at one time up to 500.
