Trying to import in taxonomy manager format, everything works fine except the hierarchy: terms are all going in the same zero level.
I also tried many different options with the example given in the user interface and with a taxonomy exported directly by taxonomy manager and had the same problem.

Hi,

Sorry, Taxonomy manager format is no more supported since 7.x-5.10. All specific formats have been replaced by a generic import mechanism which can manage all fields..., but parent is a special field.

Have you tried to export your vocabulary tree with Taxonomy CSV export before importing it (and in a second time, importing fields)?

And you can try the 7.x-5.x dev version: it adds a mechanism to import /export tree and fields in one time.
