Although I have successfully added fields to an existing vocabulary using the latest version, this last time I had trouble (with the same vocabulary on a different site). The error message is:

Notices have been reported during import process (bad formatted or empty lines). 281 lines processed. First notice occurred on line 1 [Notice : Too many items. Surabondant items will be ignored. Line is processed.].
Notice : Too many items. Surabondant items will be ignored. Line is processed. Lines:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5...(lists all 281 numbers)

The existing taxonomy was imported just before trying this using the 'full term definition and links'. There should be plenty of memory, what might it be objecting too?

By the way, what exactly does the word 'surabondant mean, it is not in my dictionary? :)

Feature Requests:
Also, some feature request considerations for your next version:

  • An option to name the export file would be nice so that it can be given a more meaningful name
  • Although you can export terms from multiple taxonomies, there isn't a matching setting to import multiple vocabularies, they must be imported one at a time.

Thanks for your module!

Hi,

Surabondant items means that your lines have more items than the format expect. In fact, it's the French word for superabondant.

In fact, this check will be removed in next Taxonomy CSV 7.10 (in April or May or earlier if I find time), because I'll simplify UI and they will be useless. There will be only three choices : structure, fields and translation, what is more in the logic of Drupal 7, where Taxonomy is an entity like another one. So the second feature request will be available de facto, because vid is a field as another one.

For the first request, I can use the vocabulary machine name.

Hi,

Finally, I publish Taxonomy CSV 7.x-5.10 earlier. The UI is simplified to follow the logic of Drupal .

@ Daniel_KM Thanks. I have been moving a development site to a new machine and making improvements to the basic structure as I go. The changes you have made in the past couple months have been very helpful!
