Checkboxes (or multiple list items) needed to select which taxonomies to export

I have several taxonomies and one of them has some duplicate names. I receive a warning about this when I select all taxonomies. The only way to skip over the undesired vocabulary is to export one at a time rather than deselecting one. Checkboxes or a multiple selection drop down list would give the user greater control of which vocabularies to export.
