In the function _taxonomy_csv_line_import_clean there's a line that makes an array clean of the term array

$test_line = array_unique($line);

Imagine that you are using a term id equal to the term name like the next cvs line example with the TAXONOMY_CSV_FORMAT_DEFINITION_LINKS import format:

"Tax|Tax|Topics & Keywords|||0|0|0|0"

The import will fail because some of the data will be delete by the array_unique function

Hi,

Thank you for using the module and to report.

This line is only a test line to check some weird input with empty items, but the $line truely used is five lines below: $cleaned_line = array_values($line);.

There are a lot of tests of each line, because a long time ago, I have to import some strange inputs. Now I think that user should clean his input himself before import with other tools as a spreadsheet, specific scripts or regular expressions. That's why I add a checkbox "Check lines" in the third group of options, set by default, where you can discard all verifications. As you seem to have a good input, you can unckeck it.

Sincerely,
