I'm using ''Hierarchical tree structure'' for 1000 terms for railway stations just like http://drupal.org/node/686414
I duplicate all the stations for each railway line by using ''Ignore existing term and create a new term'' (which means, several term ids are created for the same station right?)
However only the weight of the first 50 terms in CSV are set properly　and the rest is not.
I tried to tweak all the configurations but it it never sets all the weight as the order in CSV for more than about 50 terms.
Is this easy to fix? or Am I still missing something?

Applying the D6 patch and update.php will fix it, or you could just change the weight column of {term_data} to INT(10).

Thanks for your post ! This could solve the problem.
I just change the weight column in the date base.
I'm very impressed of this Drupal community though...
