For my purposes it would be a nice feature if it was possible to prevent TAC terms from being displayed on a page.
I've seen there was module called 'Taxonomy Hide' but to me it seems not to be active anymore !?
For the moment I patched the node template of the theme I use, but this surely is not the Drupal way ;-)
In a first step I would be happy if I could hide a whole vocabulary, e.g. with a checkbox on the 'edit vocabulary' page.
In a second step I would wish to let this depend on the user's roles, e.g. with a checkbox on the 'edit category permissions' page.
What do you think about it ?

ukash commentedThis is realy good idea :-)
I thought that this feature is already in drupal to hide this categories because I wanted to start searching today for this feature.

keve commentedI use Taxonomy Hide. For 4.6, it works perfectly.
Although you cannot set it differently for each user role.
Regarding current TAC, if a user has no 'list' permission for a term, it is not displayed for him.

vizechef commentedThanks for replying quickly.
The 'list' feature of the new TAC version does 90% of the work.
Although I played around with it before posting this issue, the hidden terms did not catch my eye. Must have been because they were hidden ... ;-)
I hope you both agree if I close this issue.
