when using more than one TOC all of them gets the first list option type, meaning that if the first one TOC has list:ul then all are unordered and vice-versa. Also, if the first TOC doesn't specify any list option will take the same as the first list option specified by following TOCs.

This is a duplicate of 195245: options only used once. For now, I've updated the README to indicate this is how things work, but this is something that should be fixed at some point :).
