The imce module has a popup window which should probably be excluded from sweaver.
The url path to exclude is "imce". It might be a good candidate to put in SWEAVER_PATHS_EXCLUDE.

The underlying JS error causes the popup to be unusable:
Drupal.Sweaver.activeTab was undefined in the line below from sweaver_plugin.js.
Drupal.Sweaver.container = Drupal.Sweaver.activeTab.substr(4, Drupal.Sweaver.activeTab.length - 4);

I'm not sure why activeTab is undefined there but maybe an extra check could be added.

What's your position on an extra check for the value of Drupal.Sweaver.activeTab?

Well I can't tell because I didn't have this exact same issue on the site I tested IMCE. Sweaver wasn't showing but a space was reserved for it. The rest of the popup was working fine and no JS error has been detected during the all process. I even tried to get the value of Drupal.Sweaver.container, it was well defined.

Can't help if I can't see the error myself.
