The css refreshing checkbox has little or no effect in Firefox (OS X). I have to keep the stylesheet in a separate tab and hit refresh before reloading the page. It works for now, however It would really boost theme production time if this is resolved. I'm not sure if it's a browser specific bug.
Also, "disabled" menu items will appear, even though they shouldn't. In a future release, I'd really love to see an option of attaching this module to a specific drupal menu. Then admins can create a custom list of links for either a specific "user" or a "specific role". (Or both). Currently there are "Bookmarks"(Great), "Local Tasks" (Amazing), Search Results (So useful) and Navigation (Workable). It would be great to see a "$Role_Name" list.
If the original coder needs any help with this mod, I'd be more then happy to contribute code or theming suggestions. I'm investing a lot of time and effort into familiarizing myself with this module. It's a breath of fresh air.

chrisshattuck commentedHello Mxgfx,
Glad to hear you're enjoying the module. I'll be tackling the disabled menu items later, but in regards to the CSS refreshing, you need to add a couple functions to your page.tpl.php theme (see the README.txt). It's a really useful feature, so I want to make sure it's working properly.
Give that a go and let me know if it fixed your problem.
Thanks!
Chris
