Seems to have incompatibility issue with PostgreSQL

This may just be an impression left by the multithreading. When you click on Invoke on a particular module and it is marked for separate execution Invoke will return right away and not update its stats (the process doesn't wait for the last "thread" to be completed). If you wait for a certain amount of time for the hook to execute and refresh your page, the stats will be updated (including the last call time). That's why clicking Invoke doesn't give the impression of something happening but Invoke All did: there was a time gap between both. If you try it again but wait for the hook to complete (add a few seconds to teh average execution time), then refresh the page, do you get updated results ?

The problem appears to be with this line in feedapi.module, which queries a cron-specific variable:

$time_limit = min($time_limit, variable_get('cron_semaphore', 0) + ini_get('max_execution_time'));

So we'll just create that variable as well. It will be fixed in 1.3.

Hi, I set up site with:
* feedapi-6.x-1.x-dev (today head). Enabled: FeedAPI, FeedAPI Node, Common syndication parser, FeedAPI Inherit.
* supercron-6.x-1.3

Then, I created 2 feed-nodes:
* http://drupal.org/rss.xml and
* http://www.bbc.co.uk/vietnamese/index.xml

Enable Multithread for all modules listed on /admin/settings/supercron. Then, I tried to invoke feedapi module, as you reported, my feeds refresh as expected (many node displayed on homepage). I cleared feeds some times, do not face any problem.
