I would like that term list is shown all the time under free tag field, so i can just clik the ones i want, how could i do that?

All feature requests should now be against 7.x-1.x. Any patches that get committed will then need to be backported.

The Drupal 7 version works with all free tagging taxonomy widgets. I'm not sure what free-tagging fields existed in 6 that were not being supported, but it should work in 7. Feel free to reopen this issue and describe the problem in more detail if this is not satisfactory.
