Settings page inaccessible due to checking the wrong permission name

hook_permission:
'administer suggested terms' => array(

hook_menu:
'access arguments' => array('administer suggested terms configuration'),

I vote hook_permission should win and we change hook_menu to match. ;) Patch coming soon...
