This project has now merged with Module Supports.
Suggested Modules allows module maintainers to enter a 'suggests' property to their module info file, with a link to a relevant module project page. This is different than 'required' modules as this does not inhibit using a module, merely suggests to the user that there are compatible/complimenting modules they may be interested in grabbing. Of course, this means they need this module installed before they will see anything new on the admin module list.
