So it appears if a user voluntarily suspends their subscriptions they have to deal with a persistent warning about this and there is no option for an admin to remove it.

I don't mean to sound harsh here, but I don't know who thought that was a good idea...

This is working exactly as intended.

You do not want to have to deal with users claiming that Subscriptions is broken when it's suspended, and I do not want site admins to post issues here in the same situation.
