hello.
for some reason that i cannot figure out at all, i can subscribe to certain taxonomy terms but not others.
it also seems like some types of nodes are supported, but not others. however, there's no control on the content types configuration pages to specifiy which types are subscribable or not.
roles with no access to subscribe are still presented with 'subscribe to' links.
in one instance, there were two subscribe links on that said 'subscribe to story' and one that said 'subscribe to comments'. both links had the same alt text '
there's no way to configure which taxonomy terms are available for subscription, a feature i really like in the subscriptions module.
there's no way to see everything you can subscribe to in one place, a feature i really like in the subscriptions module.
this module has absolutely no documentation, and it's controls are spread over 5 or 6 different pages in the admin and user areas.
in short, this module is not ripe for release. you should take it back into cvs, work out the bugs, document it correctly, fix the *many* typos and grammatical errors.
also, the name of this module is really confusing! there's already a subscriptionS module. please choose a more distinct name.
i will go back to working on getting the subscriptions module to send teaser/body text in it's notification emails...

ee CreditAttribution: ee commentedThanks for bugreports. I will try to reproduce and fix it.
Some other answer:
?q=user/2/subscriptions
?
absolutely no or few?
See cvs about typos.
About release tag, probably you are right.
My goal was create a new subscription module instead of subscriptions module. I hoped only one will be available in the future. My mentor hadn't any problem with it.
I suggest create future request about it, not bug report.

mike stewart CreditAttribution: mike stewart commentedI've only spent a few hours with it... but I tend to agree. it has some nice features... but is still a little too buggy.
subscriptions page lists subscriptions twice.
not sure what the merge feature is about... though it might make sense given more time, or multiple subscriptions, etc.
email didnt have appropriate links to subscription... and text was essentially missing. looked like it picked up the template... but didnt email the subscription contents. no error in the log.
might try it again at a later date... in the meantime moving on to another module to meet my "subscription" needs.

It has already been fixed in CVS.
