robloachIt shouldn't because the stringoverrides.css uses the ID of the form:
Are you using the CSS Aggregation?

(Fedora Core 9 / Firefox, as opposed to FC7/FF) I could
not reproduce the problem. I am closing this, as it
doesn't seem to be a string overrides issue. Thx.
