StratosERP is a Drupal 9+ module set that runs our business. It includes Customers, Suppliers, Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Stock and non-stock Items, Assemblies, Serial number tracking, Tickets, Timekeeping, Webform & Xero integration and more.

You can try the current builds with the docker instructions there, or by using the composer template https://github.com/stratoserp/stratos-drupal-project which is used to build the docker image.
