I had originally included this error in issue #1533468, but am creating a separate issue as requested. When I enable flag submodule for statuses, the following errors are displayed on user's profile (note I am using profile2 as well):
Notice: Undefined index: join field in flag_handler_field_ops->query() (line 78 of C:\Melissa\Drupal\Installation\Versions\Drupal Core\drupal-7.x\sites\all\modules\flag\includes\flag_handler_field_ops.inc).
Notice: Undefined index: join field in flag_handler_field_ops->query() (line 104 of C:\Melissa\Drupal\Installation\Versions\Drupal Core\drupal-7.x\sites\all\modules\flag\includes\flag_handler_field_ops.inc).
Also, while flag submodule is enabled, statuses do not appear in user's profile. When I disable flag submodule, the error disappears and the statuses then reappear in users profile.
Please advise on your thoughts.
Thanks so much.

icecreamyou commentedI am not seeing this. Can anyone else reproduce it?
The fact that the error is in a handler of the Flag module would typically indicate that this may not be an FBSS problem and your issue with FBSS is just a symptom.

DrupalDesigner-1 commentedI get the same
Drupal 7.15
PHP 5.3

Max_Headroom commentedI had the same and found the following:
When you install Statuses, it tries to create a 'like' flag with the machine name 'like'.
If there is already a flag with the machine name 'like', then the flag for Statuses will not be created. Heartbeat (in my case) already had a 'like' flag.
Views for Statuses will then not find this flag (This is where the error comes from).
Workaround for now is to manually create a Statuses like flag with a different machine name, then edit the Views and set this flag in Relationships.
The developer can update code to change the machine name to something else than 'like' and unique to avoid further clashes.

icecreamyou commentedAh, then I guess this is a duplicate of #1647144: Default "like" flag can conflict with existing flags named "like"

icecreamyou commentedPlease don't reopen closed issues. Input about this problem should go in #1647144: Default "like" flag can conflict with existing flags named "like"
You should be able to just disable/delete the flag in question and that should remove the errors. Alternatively, disable one of the modules that provides the offending flags.
