It be nice if you could create a DJ role and only allow users in that role to be added to programs.

drewish commenteddecided this really isn't that good an idea.

drewish commentedchanged my mind. i think this would be nice. we've got permissions that are granted to DJ via a specific role. the programming director adds the users as djs but forgets to put them into the dj role. this would make that easier to notice and enforce.

marty.true commentedI see this was addressed a long time ago, in v5.2.x-dev but I do not see this capability in 6.x-2.0-beta5.
On my program pages, it says "Enter the names of users you'd like to add as DJs. The users must be members of the authenticated user role.". Where can I change that to only allow a specific role to be added?

hughbris commentedSecond what xstatic says. My handcrafted "show" content type I made before I discovered this module had such a restriction. I can't even edit the "DJs" field properties from the program node type because it is locked. May I be naïve and ask why it's locked?
(I also noticed the module didn't come with a DJ role (or any extra roles). Perhaps that was overlooked in packaging and that is the source of the problem?? Forgive me for wild guessing.)
