Hi there, I have a site that has been very badly spammed prior to installing this module, and I don't have time to go through it manually. Would it be possible to run the spam module filters against all currently existing content? Thanks!

This is a feature that was never ported to the new version of the module, but agreed that it's an important feature. Leaving open as a feature request.
