Attached patch adds a weight element to the Spaces Preset edit form, and a uasort to spaces_preset_load() to apply the results of the weight. Fallback from weight is alphabetical by preset title.

I suppose someone else should be responsible at testing time.

This has one awkward quality in that you need to save a preset to the database in order to save the variable that controls the preset. I could not think of a good way to improve that without building a presets weight UI, which did not seem worth it.
