Disqus comments

I'm testing out the Disqus module, and I'm having an issue with the module displaying the on top of the post instead of the bottom.
I've added
<?php print render($content['disqus']);?> to the node.tpl.php and page.tpl.php, and tried it in different places on the template, and it still renders on top of the article. I'm not sure if it's the custom.js, the display suite module, or some other setting.
I'm only using one content-type "post" . and example at http://www.ohiogreens.org/node/411
