Problem/Motivation

At least two places are seen with incorrect version info, 1 is info yml for social 13.0.0 and other one is image that loads during installation, using core/install.php on top it says version number for opensocial.

Steps to reproduce

Both Info.yml and image during installation says beta3 even when code we are using is for 13.0.0
