Socialblue requirement are deprecated due to new theme releases

Socialblue theme is deprecated since there are two now releases for version 2.3.x and 2.4.x

• Update socialblue from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4 on Open Social 11.4.x
• Update socialblue from 2.4.1 to 2.4.2 on Open Social 11.5.x
