Message on empty chat is wrong on mobile

Problem/Motivation

If you have no private messages you get following message:

You do not have any private messages yet. Click on the button on the right to start a new message.

But on mobile the button is on the Top.

Proposed resolution

On Solution would be to be more general.

You do not have any private messages yet. Click on the button "New message" to start a new conversation.
