When adding an event the sign-up for the event (Enroll) is not always through the Open Social install, could be an external link to say EventBride or FB. Would be great to have this as option. Enroll should go to the external URL (should be visible on the button this happens)

I don't think we should include this for now. Perhaps this can be best achieved on a per-project basis. It should be fairly straightforward to override the behaviour and do this for one specific project via custom code.
