Better integration with SMS User module

I tried to add to this great module features that would allow to automatize the sms delivery using the sms user information from SMS User Module.
But the patch was really invasive and it was breaking the nice generalization that allows use it with different configurations.

So, I added a patch to the SMS Framework queue that adds views support and VBO integration using Actions.

I would like to credit part of that patch to this module.

With that patches you can show the VBO forms to end users because they don't need to select the number field or configure the
gateway settings (that, by the way, it uses to be different from user to user)
