I want to use this module to allow users to have a list of nodes with frequent phone numbers they use. They browse the list of places and ad or subtract them from the list. I would also like to prepopulate the list for new users. Some will be included in the default list. Is this module scalable to all users on the site? How does this compare to the Favorite nodes module? Which version of the module is best to use the devel or the alpha for drupal 6?

Please use the dev version. There are no specific benchmarks at this point but I plan to post into the high performance group and ask if anyone can recommend improvements to the nodequeue database tables. any benchmarks you can do would be greatly appreciated. I'm not really familiar with the favorite nodes module -- you might try asking in that module's issue queue. I'd be interested to hear the response you get.
