Guys can you help me where can I input my apps ID? When I tried to click the the smart app configure link it just redirect me to metatag configuration page. Thanks

That is correct. You need to edit the smart app banner META Tag entry to include your AppID. You may also want to check the latest version of META Tag module as I think it may have this feature built-in now without needing this module. DO NOT QUOTE ME ON THAT.
