Hallo,
1.) how can i change sliding effect?
2.) how can i align to centre of the page the slideshow?
3.) now pics are 400x400 by default. How can i prevent resizing and have the pix in their original size?
Thank you very much, it's a really nice module.
Ciao, Edoardo

brmassa commentededoardo,
hi there!
1* you can change the sliding effect using the fx attribute. See http://www.malsup.com/jquery/cycle (or http://www.malsup.com/jquery/cycle/options.html) for all possible slideshow attributes
2* hmmm i just did the CSS fix about it. i will publish the new version soon.
3* well... the SLIDESHOW is 400x400, not the pics. If you have bigger images it will be "cropped" and if you have smaller pics they will "float".

massa

ijustlost commentedHi,
I'm also having the same problem. I've tried setting the fx and other attributes, but no luck. I got the basic blend to work (fade) but it's really choppy on my computer (MacBook Pro, so shouldn't be my system). I can't get it to change to any of the other transitions. Could someone post an example code? I tried something like
[slideshow: 2, rotate=7, blend=4, fx: 'zoom', speed:1000, dir=|files/images/|||||| ]
I have tried using other fx's than zoom, and have tried using = instead of : after the fx - no luck.
But anyway, thanks to everyone who dev's this, brilliant module!

jfro commentedThanks for the great module! My slide show still is not centering. Did the CSS already get updated?
I appreciate you work and time on this module!
Thanks!

ionuts71 commentedHow can I align the slideshow to right or to center of the page? It is solved?
If I put two or more slideshows in the same row they appear one below on the other.

SophieG commentedHi all,
to center the slideshow in your page, just add "margin:auto" in ".ssc, .ssc-content, .ssc-content * {" inside the slideshow_creator.css file of the module. It works well for me...

philco commentedSophie, i'm looking to center my slideshow, as the images i'm using are all different widths. i don't see the slideshow_creator.css file. i have set up my slideshow and it is running perfectly, but the only associated stylesheets (that i see) are the jq.css and cycle.css. any suggestions where i can get that file and whether it will solve the automatic left-align of the slideshow??
thanks
BTW, this is a question about alignment in malsup.com's cycle slideshow, not slideshow creator
