I can´t get arrows to work. I highlighted "Arrows" in settings but only get this in the sourcecode:
<nav class="slick__arrow"> </nav>
What am I doing wrong?

Arrows are being enforced regardless Arrows option. This allows responsive option to enable or disable this accordingly.

So the basic markups should be there, unless you empty prevArrow and nextArrow options:

You can view existing default and copy over the prevArrow and nextArrow markups if yours are emptied by mistake.

Sadly the arrows option was empty.

I fixed it by putting some code in these areas. In my example:

<button type="button" data-role="none" class="slick-prev slick-arrow" style="display: block;"><i class="fa fa-chevron-circle-left" aria-hidden="true"></i></button>

and

<button type="button" data-role="none" class="slick-next slick-arrow" style="display: block;"><i class="fa fa-chevron-circle-right" aria-hidden="true"></i></button>

I recommend using CSS pseudo selector to assign custom arrow styling. This allows you to override Slick CSS more properly.
No need to touch template files for this particular issue.
