I am not sure what you expect, but that is the way of the current full screen skin works.
However you can easily override the CSS accordingly if you want to bring window scroll back.

I can not find wich property I need change. There is content under the slider. Why scrolling does not work? I have create my own block without using example module. Gausarts, are you can help me?

I am afraid you must install the example as it contains words I cannot explain properly with my English ;)

At first you need to compare and match the sample with your own. Later feel free to explore.
